About WiPA
At WiPA, we believe in a world where inclusive governance is not just an idea but a reality we can all work towards. This belief stems from my personal journey and experience in public administration, where I’ve witnessed firsthand the transformative power of women’s leadership in shaping policies and driving meaningful change.
That’s why WiPA exists: to break barriers, amplify women’s voices, and build a strong, supportive community that empowers women across Africa and beyond to lead, inspire, and thrive.
But we can’t do it alone. We invite governments, international organizations, and allies to join us in creating a future where gender equality and inclusive decision-making are not just aspirations but the foundation of sustainable development and transformative leadership – Maniamba Kande, Founder WiPA
Empowering women in public administration with resources, networks, and opportunities to excel in leadership, drive change, and champion gender equity across Guinea, Africa, and the world.
To lead the movement for gender-balanced leadership in public administration, fostering fair, effective, and inclusive governance in Africa and globally.
